The Long Beach site will operate as a sister clinic to Aegis’s Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) in nearby Wilmington, CA, giving Long Beach residents a closer, more accessible option for starting treatment closer to home.  Los Angeles County is home to one of the highest concentrations of people struggling with opioid addiction in the state, yet access to affordable, accessible treatment remains out of reach for too many.
