As a result of this investment, the parent company’s name will become Afognak-Weaver Logistics, LLC. Terms were not disclosed. Founded in 1946 and owned by the Doyle family since 1978, Weaver Bros. provides heavy haul, fuel, and refined product transport, drayage, dry bulk, refrigerated, and specialized freight services to construction, energy, mining, retail, and government customers across Alaska.
