This project has been selected by President’s Trumps National Energy Dominance Council (NEDC) and the FAST-41 Permitting Council as a Priority Project and has been designated for streamlined federal permitting. ABTC has developed a first-of-kind extraction and refining process specifically engineered for these claystone resources, and these proprietary technologies are designed to significantly reduce refinery operating costs through reduced chemical consumption, water use, and waste generation compared to conventional processing methods.
