Company Files Motion to Vacate Legacy Alaska Judgment American Fusion has also filed a motion with the Superior Court of Alaska seeking to vacate a legacy default judgment entered against the Company when it operated as Renewal Fuels Inc. The motion follows subsequent proceedings in Washington State in which the court determined that a purported legacy acquisition involving Pacific Compliance Corporation was never consummated, that Renewal received no assets or consideration in connection with the transaction, and that the shares issued in connection with the transaction were void ab initio.
