The combination is expected to close in summer 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. The ticker change reflects the company's focus on the Powerus platform and brand. Shareholders currently holding shares of AGH will hold shares of Powerus Corporation upon closing, with no action required in connection with the ticker symbol change.
