A202 represents the Company's largest single capacity addition to date in Southeast Asia, with energization expected in Q3 2027. Similar to the A102 and A201 facilities, A202 is designed for liquid-cooled, rack-scale NVIDIA systems, including GB300 NVL72 and Vera Rubin platforms, and is capable of delivering both GPU cloud services and data hosting. Siting on the existing Johor campus allows Bitdeer AI to extend power, liquid cooling, and network infrastructure to the new A202 facility, shortening the path to energization. Together with the 21.7MW A201 facility, the Johor campus will represent 86.8MW of AI Cloud data center capacity of Bitdeer AI. Bitdeer AI develops data center capacity consistent with contracted demand and deploys GPU and related computing capital against executed contracts. Bitdeer AI expects the per-megawatt (MW) economics of A202 to be broadly consistent with those of A102, where 5-year offtake commitments represent total expected revenue of over $800 million across 9.5MW.
