Mr. Bligh brings extensive public-markets, corporate finance and transaction experience to the role and will lead the Company as it enters its next phase of growth and value creation. Dr. Andrew Regan has been appointed as CEO of Sarborg Limited. Mr. Bligh co-founded Conduit Pharmaceuticals Limited in 2019 and has played an important role in the development and evolution of the business. Prior to Conduit, he spent more than a decade leading and advising on reverse takeovers, stock-market listings, initial public offerings, secondary fundraisings and M&amp;A transactions.
