This achievement represents a significant milestone in this development program and positions Cloudbreak to deliver top-line 12-month efficacy data in the third quarter of 2026. The trial is a multicenter, double-masked, randomized, vehicle-controlled study evaluating two doses of CBT-001 emulsion administered twice daily over 24 months. Efficacy is assessed at Month 3 and Month 12, with endpoints focused on reducing conjunctival hyperemia caused by the vascularized lesion and preventing pterygium progression.
