On June 10, 2026, the Company received written notification from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ("Nasdaq") granting it an additional period, through December 7, 2026, to regain compliance with the $1.00 minimum bid price per share requirement. Nasdaq determined that the Company is eligible for the additional period based on its compliance with the market value of publicly held shares requirement and all other applicable requirements for initial listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market, with the exception of the bid price requirement. To regain compliance, the closing bid price of the Company's common stock must be at least $1.00 per share for a minimum of ten consecutive business days during the additional compliance period.
