CRC with liver metastases is largely refractory to checkpoint inhibition in the microsatellite-stable (MSS) setting, and β-catenin–driven immune exclusion is a key mechanism of resistance.   Getacatetide is designed to degrade β-catenin while enhancing antigen exposure within the tumor microenvironment.
