Under the terms of the agreement, Dassault Systèmes will acquire ArisGlobal for approximately $1.8 billion in cash at closing and up to $200 million in additional consideration linked to multi-year AI-related revenue milestones. The transaction was unanimously approved by the Board of Directors of Dassault Systèmes.
