The Board of Directors has appointed Diginex’s Chief Impact Officer, Archana Kotecha, as interim Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Ms. Jordanova was appointed CEO of Diginex in January 2026, having previously founded and led Plan A.earth GmbH (“Plan A”), the European carbon accounting and decarbonization platform acquired by Diginex earlier that same month.
