The requirement to file this news release was triggered by the Acquiror's aggregate acquisition of 1,476,500 common shares of the Company (“Common Shares”) since his previous early warning report. Such acquisitions increased the Acquiror's ownership of Common Shares by 2.41% on a non-diluted basis and 2.37% on a partially diluted basis, in each case relative the Company’s issued and outstanding Common Shares.
