This transaction values EDF power solutions’ operations in the United States and Canada at approximately $4.2 billion, with potential additional payments of up to $0.39 billion. It will reduce net financial debt by around $5.5 billion. The sale, subject to obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals, is expected to close during the second half of 2026.
