The Operator Treasure Island brought the space directly to Jonathan Fine, the native Las Vegan behind the Fine Entertainment portfolio that serves more than 1 million patrons per year across the city. That portfolio includes PBR Bar at Planet Hollywood, which grossed more than $20 million in its last full year; The George Sportsmen’s Lounge at Durango Resort, which grosses nearly $14 million annually; the seven-location PKWY Tavern; BLVD Grille; Oak Room; and Smelly Cat Karaoke.
