The Offer is being made upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the offer to purchase dated June 22, 2026 (the “Offer to Purchase”). The Offeror has been advised by the information and tender agent that, as of the Early Tender Date, the amount of Notes set forth in the table below were validly tendered and not validly withdrawn.
