This year, FHLBank Indianapolis has one Indiana Member Director seat, one Michigan Member Director seat, and one Independent Director seat open for election. All Indiana and Michigan members of record as of Dec. 31, 2025, are eligible to vote for the district-wide Independent Director position, all Indiana members are eligible to vote for the Indiana Member Director position, and all Michigan members are eligible to vote for the Michigan Member Director position (“eligible members”). Districtwide Independent Director candidate There is one candidate nominated for one Independent Director seat.
