(“Fluence”) (NASDAQ: FLNC), a global market leader delivering intelligent energy storage, operational services, and asset optimization software, announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of an aggregate of 20,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock by certain controlling stockholders of Fluence at a public offering price of $21.00 per share. The selling stockholders have also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an additional 3,000,000 shares of Class A common stock on the same terms and conditions. Fluence is not selling any of its shares of Class A common stock in the offering and will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of shares by the existing stockholders. The offering is 100% secondary with the respective selling stockholders receiving the proceeds.
