At the EGM, shareholders will be asked to consider three resolutions, which are summarized below and described in a Circular to Shareholders and Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting, dated May 15, 2026 (the “Circular”). The Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) unanimously recommends shareholders vote in favor of each resolution. Resolution 1, Approval of the Royal Uranium Inc.
