In this role, Mr. Abrams will be responsible for supporting the continued growth and capital formation of Grandview’s private real estate business. Mr. Abrams brings more than 20 years of real estate experience spanning capital formation, investor relations, investments, asset management and lending. Most recently, he served as managing director and co-head of Global Equity Capital Markets and Investor Relations at Madison International Realty. He is based in Grandview’s Connecticut office. Previously, Mr. Abrams was a director at Lazard, where he co-led the US Real Estate and Real Assets Advisory business within the firm’s Private Capital Advisory group. Earlier in his career, he held real estate investment and capital formation roles at Hunt Capital Holdings, Hodes Weill &amp; Associates, Centaur Properties, Credit Suisse and SunTrust Bank.
