All other terms remain unchanged. Summary of Amended Offering Terms The Company recently announced a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of CAD $1,000,000 of units at an issue price of CAD $0.40 per Unit. Each Unit will consist of one Class A common share in the capital of the Company (a “Common Share”) and one Common Share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”). Each Warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one Common Share (a “Warrant Share”) at an exercise price of CAD $0.60 (the “Exercise Price”) per Warrant Share for a period of 36 months from the issuance date (the “Expiry Date”).
