(NASDAQ: RYET) ("Ruanyun" or the "Company") announced that Link Door Smart Company ("Link Door"), its Saudi‑based strategic associate, has signed a procurement and service agreement with Learning Time International Schools for the HanLink Chinese Learning Platform. The agreement adds a paid school contract to HanLink's development in Saudi Arabia, where the platform combines classroom learning tools with an AI "Han" teacher that supports individual language practice beyond scheduled lessons. The agreement has a total value of SAR100,000, excluding VAT, and covers a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable platform license for the 2026/2027 academic year. Link Door is responsible for platform deployment and account activation, basic operational training for teachers and administrators, and technical support, maintenance and system updates during the contract term. From Saudi Pilot to School Contract HanLink's Saudi development began with classroom experience. In May 2025, Ruanyun announced the platform's launch and a four‑week pilot at Education &amp; Skills International School in Riyadh. The pilot introduced HanLink into a school setting, providing an early opportunity to observe how students and teachers used AI‑assisted Chinese language learning tools. The project then broadened into institutional cooperation. In July 2025, Ruanyun announced a strategic cooperation agreement with the Confucius Institute at Prince Sultan University, with plans encompassing Chinese language instruction, localized learning materials and educator development. That agreement contemplated combining HanLink with teaching resources and institutional support tailored to Saudi learners. In May 2026, Ruanyun announced Link Door's procurement and service agreement with Alfyaseh Trading Est., taking a further commercial step through a Saudi customer‑facing partner. The Learning Time International Schools agreement now carries that progression into a contract covering platform access and support for a school academic year. From Classroom Learning to Individual AI Practice HanLink's AI "Han" teacher is designed to provide round‑the‑clock language practice, questions and answers, and learning consultation in Arabic, English and Chinese. Students can continue practising beyond scheduled lessons through pronunciation feedback, Chinese character exercises and conversational activities. The Company believes that access to individual AI interaction can support a more learner‑centred approach, giving students additional opportunities to practise at their own pace. The Learning Time International Schools agreement combines platform access with account setup, basic training for teachers and administrators, and continuing technical support. Deployment is contractually due within five business days after Link Door receives the initial payment; the agreement provides for a term of one academic year from official activation.
