Simeon Kohl most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Performant Healthcare, a public healthcare company he led through a period of significant strategic and operational transformation, culminating in its successful sale to Machinify for approximately $670 million. He brings more than 20 years in healthcare, spanning operations, growth, and public-company leadership.
