The Company’s shares recently began trading on the OTCQB Venture Market (“OTCQB”) under the ticker symbol HEEVF. DTC is a subsidiary of the Depository Trust &amp; Clearing Corporation, a U.S. company that manages the electronic clearing and settlement of publicly traded companies.
