The Business Combination is expected to result in ONE Nuclear listing its common stock on Nasdaq under ticker symbol “ONEN,” subject to approval of its listing application. Additionally, Hennessy VII today announced that it has set a record date of July 31, 2026 (the “Record Date”) and meeting date of August 24, 2026 for the Shareholder Meeting.
