The underwriters exercised in full their option to purchase an additional 600,000 ordinary shares (“Option Shares”) at the public offering price of $5.00, less underwriting discounts and commissions. IMC received gross proceeds of approximately $3 million from the Option Shares, before deducting underwriting discounts, commissions, and other related expenses, bringing the total gross proceeds of the upsized offering to $23 million.
