The Callable Senior Notes will be redeemed in full in accordance with their terms, with payment to be made on 11 September 2026. The redemption price for the Callable Senior Notes will be the principal amount of the Callable Senior Notes. Accrued and unpaid interest due on the redemption date will be paid in the usual manner to holders of record as of 10 September 2026.
