(NASDAQ: KMDA; TASE: KMDA.TA), a global biopharmaceutical company with a portfolio of marketed products indicated for rare and serious conditions and a leader in the specialty plasma-derived therapies field, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.17 (approximately NIS 0.50) per share on the Company’s ordinary shares (totaling approximately $9.8 million). The cash dividend will be payable on September 17, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 27, 2026.
