(the “Company”) announced today a monthly distribution of $0.09 per share for July 2026. This represents a 5.9% increase over the prior monthly distribution rate (increase of $0.005 per share). This distribution is payable to common stockholders on July 31, 2026, as outlined in the table below. “We are pleased to announce a 5.9% increase in KYN’s monthly distribution.
