K25.ai is designed to combine artificial intelligence, live-streaming content, creator communities and prediction-based engagement into a watch-to-predict consumer platform for permitted APAC markets. Under the terms of the agreement, NewGenIVF will make an initial strategic investment of US$2 million in K25.ai at a US$100 million pre-money valuation, subject to the terms of the definitive agreements and applicable closing conditions.
