The investor is a global multi-strategy institutional investment firm, and upon closing becomes an approximately 6% shareholder of the Company. The Company received gross proceeds of approximately $6.4 million, before deducting placement agent fees and other offering expenses. With the transaction now closed and proceeds having been received, the Company will move immediately to retire its outstanding convertible debt, strengthening the Company’s balance sheet ahead of its next phase of growth.
