Butch Foshee has been a longtime Georgia amusement operator and became GAMOA president in 2007. At the time, GAMOA was small with fewer than 30 members. The operator community was fragmented, and that made it hard to speak with one voice to legislators and regulators. Butch helped change that. Foshee led conversations within GAMOA about embracing state regulation rather than remaining in an uncertain legislative environment.
