The Company announced that on September 16, Mr. Zhijun Pan resigned as Chief Executive Officer effective immediately. Mr. Pan’s resignation is due to his personal work commitment and is not a result of any disagreement with the Company relating to its operations, policies or practices. Mr. Pan will continue to be a director and the chairman of the board of directors (the “Board”) of the Company. Effective September 16, 2026, the Board appointed Mr. Lei Liu as Chief Executive Officer to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Mr. Pan. Mr. Lei Liu, age 42, has over 9 years of experience in business management. Since August 2024, Mr. Liu has been the general manager of Meals Through Seasons Ecological Technology Group.
