The call for applications advances the quantum antenna technology previously secured under Quantum Cyber's exclusive worldwide Intellectual Property License Agreement with Project LightShift, Inc., dated June 11, 2026, for defense and national-security UAS applications. With the licensing layer executed and the Company's Bridgeport, Connecticut manufacturing complex advancing toward steady-state drone production, Quantum Cyber is opening the manufacturing side of the quantum-antenna roadmap to qualified. Call for Applications Quantum Cyber is inviting qualified factories, foundries, contract manufacturers, and applied-R&amp;D organizations to submit written applications under reference EX-QPA-RFI-001. The application package provides a non-confidential concept envelope and requests a structured written response covering technical fit, work plan, schedule, budgetary pricing, security and export-control posture, workshare and country of performance, IP and data-rights treatment, and the information respondents would require to convert the concept into a buildable prototype package.
