The closing of the over-allotment option on September 2, 2026 brought total units sold in the initial public offering to 8,625,000 units and aggregate gross proceeds to $86,250,000, before underwriting discounts and offering expenses. Following the closing of the over-allotment option, an aggregate of $86,250,000 ($10.00 per unit sold in the initial public offering) is held in the Company’s trust account. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-quarter of one redeemable warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one Class A ordinary share at a price of $11.50 per share.
