S-Bank Plc supplements the tender offer document dated 16 July 2026 regarding its voluntary public cash tender offer for all the shares in Oma Savings Bank Plc

OMA SAVINGS BANK PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 16 September 2026 at 10.35 a.m. (EEST)

On 9 July 2026, S-Bank Plc ("S-Bank" or the "Offeror"), announced a voluntary recommended public cash tender offer for all the issued and outstanding shares in Oma Savings Bank Plc ("Oma Savings Bank") that are not held by Oma Savings Bank or its subsidiaries (the "Tender Offer"). The Offeror has published a tender offer document concerning the Tender Offer on 16 July 2026 and the supplements to the tender offer document, dated 14 August 2026, 31 August 2026 and 7 September 2026 (the tender offer document as supplemented with the aforementioned supplement documents, the "Tender Offer Document"). The offer period to the Tender Offer commenced on 17 July 2026 at 9:30 a.m. (Finnish time) and will expire on 25 September 2026 at 4:00 p.m. (Finnish time), unless the offer period is extended or any extended offer period is discontinued in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Tender Offer (the "Offer Period").

The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has today approved the fourth supplement to the Tender Offer Document (the "Fourth Supplement Document"). The Fourth Supplement Document relates to the stock exchange release published by the Offeror on 15 September 2026, in which the Offeror announced that it has obtained all regulatory approvals necessary for the completion of the Tender Offer.

The Fourth Supplement Document is attached as Appendix 1 to this stock exchange release.
