New York, June 01, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Tribeca Strategic Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”), announced today the closing of its initial public offering of 14,000,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit, which resulted in gross proceeds of $140,000,000. The units are listed on the Nasdaq Global Market (“Nasdaq”) and began trading on May 29, 2026, under the ticker symbol “BIDWU.” Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one right (the “Share Right”) to receive one tenth (1/10) of one Class A ordinary share upon the consummation of an initial business combination.  There are no warrants issued publicly or privately in connection with this offering. Once the securities constituting the units begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares and Share Rights are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbols “BID” and “BIDWR,” respectively. Concurrently with the closing of the initial public offering, the Company closed on a private placement of 470,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit, resulting in gross proceeds of $4,700,000. Tribeca Strategic Partners Holdco LLC, the Company’s sponsor, purchased 330,000 of the private placement units and BTIG, LLC purchased 140,000 of the private placement units. Each private placement unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one Share Right. Of the proceeds received from the consummation of the initial public offering and the simultaneous private placement of units, $140,350,000 (or $10.025 per unit sold in the public offering) was placed in trust.
