(“Vanguard”) announced the results of the special meeting of unitholders of Vanguard Global Credit Bond Fund (the “Fund”) held yesterday (the “Meeting”). At the Meeting, unitholders of the Fund approved the change to the investment objective of the Fund, as contemplated in the management information circular dated July 14, 2026. The change to the investment objective of the Fund will occur on or about September 15, 2026.
