On October 24, 2025, the board of directors of the Company approved a share repurchase program, under which the Company may repurchase up to US$20 million worth of its American depositary shares (ADSs), ending on December 31, 2027. As of June 30, 2026, the Company had repurchased approximately 2.4 million ADSs for a total of US$3.8 million under the program. Following these repurchases, approximately US$16.2 million remains available for future buybacks.
