For applications requiring enhanced sensitivity — particularly in low light conditions — the VEMD5525FX02 offers a reverse light current of 0.11 μA and a sensitivity range from 480 nm to 590 nm in a top-view QFN package with a large 7.5 mm² radiant sensitive area. Both parts also feature wettable flanks for optical solder joint inspection.
