(Nasdaq: VIVK) ("Vivakor" or the "Company"), an integrated provider of energy transportation, storage, reuse and remediation services, today announced that its subsidiary, Vivakor Supply &amp; Trading, LLC (“VST”), has entered into new 12-month crude oil purchase and sale transactions, further expanding VST’s crude oil trading portfolio and advancing the Company toward a significant milestone in annualized commercial activity. Under the new transactions, VST has contracted to sell an aggregate of 200,000 barrels of West Texas Intermediate (“WTI”) crude oil per month, representing approximately 2.4 million barrels of annual sales volume. The transactions are scheduled to commence September 1, 2026, and continue through August 31, 2027. “These transactions represent another important step in the continued expansion of our supply and trading business,” said James Ballengee, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Vivakor. “We continue to add recurring volume and commercial activity to the VST platform.
