The Company’s Class A ordinary shares are expected to begin trading on a post-consolidation basis at the open of the market session on June 18, 2026. Upon the market opening on June 18, 2026, the Company’s Class A ordinary shares will continue to trade on The Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “WOK” with the new CUSIP number G9767H133. Prior to the Reverse Stock Split, 241,653,844 Class A ordinary shares were issued and outstanding.
