Under the Agreement, the parties intend to evaluate an integrated clinical pathway that combines physician access, certified mobile blood collection, cross-border specimen logistics, and laboratory testing at EG BioMed US’s CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited laboratory in Bothell, Washington (the “Laboratory”).
