The firm ranked first in Singapore's Fastest Growing Companies 2025 by The Straits Times and Statista, and 11th in the Financial Times High-Growth Companies Asia-Pacific 2025 ranking. It was also recognised in the Promising Brands category at the Singapore Prestige Brand Award (SPBA) 2024, reflecting its growing market presence and brand recognition in Singapore. Beyond business growth, Chow has championed a culture where professionalism, client trust and holistic financial planning take precedence over business performance alone. He believes the financial advisory profession must look beyond individual transactions and short-term outcomes to address the interconnected financial decisions people face throughout their lives. This philosophy has shaped PFPFA's continued investment in the professional development of its Wealth Associates, strengthening advisory capabilities and fostering long-term client relationships. Reflecting on the recognition, Chow said: "Entrepreneurship is about seeing what can be done differently and having the conviction to turn that vision into reality. When we started PFPFA, we set out to build a business grounded in the right values, though the journey has not always been easy. This award is a testament to the perseverance and collective efforts of our associates, colleagues and partners, and the trust our clients have placed in us. For me, entrepreneurship is not simply about building a bigger business. It is about continually challenging established ways of thinking, creating lasting impact and setting a strong example for the future of the financial advisory profession." Looking ahead, Chow is determined to redefine conventional approaches to financial advisory, moving beyond a product-centric model towards one built on deeper client relationships, holistic financial planning and long-term value. Through PFPFA, he hopes to help reshape perceptions of the profession, where financial advisers are recognised not merely for the solutions they offer, but for the meaningful role they play in helping individuals and families navigate important financial decisions throughout their lives. Building on the foundation established in Singapore, Chow has extended his entrepreneurial vision to the wider region as Executive Director and Group Chief Executive Officer of SingWealth Holdings. Under his leadership, the Group has expanded its financial advisory presence into Malaysia and Hong Kong, while recognising the distinct services and regulatory requirements of each market. Beyond financial advisory, SingWealth continues to develop a broader ecosystem of complementary businesses, connecting different areas of expertise to support the evolving financial and legacy needs of individuals, families and businesses.
