Resilience is often described as the ability to bounce back from adversity and adapt to the changing needs of a stressful situation, by utilising the environmental or social resources that are available to them.
Recently Income Insurance and Centre for Research on Successful Ageing (ROSA) at the Singapore Management University (SMU) has done a study to find out the resilience level of Singaporeans.
