Overthinking. Whether with respect to our personal relationships, careers, fears or anxieties, we've all experienced the perils of recurring thought patterns that have seemingly no end in sight. 

The good news is, with a bit of effort and practice, overthinking can be overcome, or its effect at least mitigated.
