A new programme aims to bring comfort, communication and intentional "gentleness" into one of the most high-tech environments in healthcare.

What does a kinder ICU look like, and why could it change thousands of lives?

7,600 patients are expected to benefit from it. Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) and the National University Hospital (NUH) have launched "A Kinder ICU" supported by Lien Foundation with a combined investment of $3.93 million.
