On What's Trending, Hongbin Jeong, Nadiah Koh and Nazirul Asrar dive into a tenant dispute in which a night-shift nurse had won her claim against her landlord, after they sought to restrict daytime aircon use.

While there were agreements in place to allow the use of aircon in the day, the increased electricity bills became a major concern for the landlord. But is it justifiable to cause a ruckus just because of increased costs? And so, the trio discusses what they would have done in the landlord's place and whether we truly need an air conditioner to survive in Singapore.
