Saturday Mornings: Fall Fest, Horses and a Party in Singapore's Countryside

🌍On MoneyFM 89.3 Tara Strunk, General Manager of the American Association of Singapore and Paula Salles Ferreira from the Bukit Timah Saddle Club join Saturday Mornings Show host Glenn van Zutphen to talk about a mix of culture, sport, and community as Singapore gears up for the annual Fall Fest, a uniquely American celebration set against one of Singapore’s most beautiful equestrian backdrops.

Tara shares how Fall Fest brings a slice of Americana to the tropics: live music, fall‑themed games, seasonal food and drinks, horse demonstrations, and wide‑open green spaces where families can relax and play. In Singapore since 1917, AAS brings together people of all ages and passports to enjoy an afternoon of fun. Event main sponsor: Singapore American School.

Paula is an elite vaulting coach and former Brazilian national team athlete, whose explains why vaulting, gymnastics on horseback, is a powerful confidence‑building sports for kids and adults, and why Singaporeans are increasingly drawn to equestrian experiences.
