65-year-old Arthur Wong suffers from Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), yet he sings with his 62-year-old wife Patricia Lee and others in Silver Voices (part of Voices of Singapore or VOS). Silver Voices is an inclusive and engaging singing programme for seniors aged 60 and above.
